This property was advertised as luxury - it’s not - it’s quite basic but it is clean, roomy and the staff is friendly and helpful. It has a/c in both living room and bigger bedroom. I enjoyed having a TV (two actually) that I could log into my own streaming services - remember to log out. The location was excellent - close to downtown.

The apartment was perfect for me as a (female) solo traveler. The location is excellent and I had everything I needed for a super comfortable stay. The staff were kind and helpful and the apartment immaculate. Only a very small balcony overlooking an enclosed courtyard with tall buildings blocking any view but I did appreciate having this little outside space nonetheless!

Great services and perfect for short stay

Polis apartments were exactly what we needed for a three night stay In Thessaloniki. They are easy to find as offer a storage locker facility with the reception and have a laundromat next door. There was a washing machine in the apartment that was big enough for our needs and the balcony helped to dry quickly our clothes. A large supermarket is a short walk and smaller convenience stores are on the same street.

I stayed at Polis Luxury Apartments for a night with family members and we were all completely satisfied. The apartment we booked was spacious, newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen and high levels of cleanings. We felt like we were at our own city apartment. The staff at the lobby were very kind, helpful and professional. The location is very central with many options for food, and a supermarket right across the building. I will definitely keep Polis as my number one option for accommodation when traveling to Thessaloniki. Thank you for the welcome treats Polis 🙏

I stayed at a studio in Polis Luxury Apartments for one night. The studio was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could need with a fully equipped kitchen and a big bottle of water . A very comfortable overnighting in Thessaloniki

The room, location and service were very good. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Also, check-in and check-out super easy. Property is located exactly opposite of a supermarket on a road full of green trees which offer a naturally pleasant view from the balcony. The windows are soundproof so no uncomfortable noise from the street. Close to metro and bus stations. Overall, a very good experience!

Polis apartment was great value, room was quite spacious for what we paid for in February 2025. Balcony and large room was nice! Walkable distance to sites in the area. We got a shuttle from the hotel for 35€ from the airport and 32€ back to the airport. Prices are reasonable for restaurants in the area.

New apartment in very handy location. Parking arranged which was a big bonus in a very busy metropolis. Whilst the apartment was more than comfortable, it is not fully equiped but was sufficient for our needs.

Spacious room but small bathroom

Everyone was very nice in Thessaloniki including the hotel reception although it did take them a little longer to respond to my emails but eventually we got on in a timely manner. The location was pretty decent for us but I suppose it's not in the more popular areas so you do need a bit of a walk but the room was very comfortable and large. The only problem is the bathroom was so tiny you can't turn around without hitting the wall and I'm honestly not sure how someone over 180lbs can fit in there comfortably. Hospitality was great and air worked well as did the elevators.
