I was in Norwich for work (I'm an actor appearing in a show there) and I booked a single room with breakfast. I called the hotel to explain that I would have to pick up my keys early, and the very helpful Hamid on reception said that was fine. When I got to the hotel about 2 hours before the usual check in time, Hamid had a lovely room ready for me- a triple! Not the single I had booked. Spacious, nice bathroom, biscuits etc. The continental breakfast too was definitely a cut above the rest for the very reasonable price. I will stay again if I'm in Norwich, and have recommended to others."
