Tout est parfait…sauf le café.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de l’autoroute.Personnel attentif et compétent. Chambre très confortable , calme. SDB , il ne manque rien. La restauration est un peu chère mais la qualité des plats consommés le justifie . Du haut de gamme. Reste le petit déjeuner . Il ne fallait pas arriver en retard pour avoir droit aux croissants et à la viennoiserie en totalité. Concernant le café, présenté en genre de container acier la qualité est insuffisante vu le positionnement del’établissement. Une vraie machine à café même milieu de gamme s’impose.

Un hôtel très calme dans un joli parc à l'entrée de la ville et proche de l'autoroute. Un accueil très souriant et efficace malgré une panne informatique. Nous avons passé une excellente nuit.

Très bien

Un belle expérience, un chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le parc. Des toilettes séparées de la salle d’eau. Une literie confortable. Une petite remarque un problème d’insonorisation lié à l’étage nous étions en rez de chaussée. Pour les fenêtres simple vitrage c’était plus agréable car se sont les oiseaux qui nous ont réveiller. Merci pour votre sympathie.

Le Type de chambre ne corepond pas à la réservation. Chambre twine à la place de grand lit double. Pour régler le problème j’ai due payer un surplus pour êtres surclassé car la type de chambre n’était plus disponible dans la catégorie réservé.

Alors gros problème au moment de régler la note, mauvaise gestion entre l'hôtel et hotels. Com. Sejour moyen de manière générale, pour moi ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles. Heureusement lit confortable et chambres bien insonorisée. Restaurant pas du tout à la hauteur du prix. Je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons.

Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très agréable et chaleureux. La chambre était parfaite et très propre. Les produits du restaurant étaient de qualité et nous avons eu un repas délicieux. Le personnel a également pris grand soin de nous. Malgré une arrivée tardive. Nous recommandons donc cet établissement.

Hotel im Grossen und Ganzen als Zwischenstopp zu empfehlen. Hatten Zimmer 305. Teppich war leider alt und ausgetreten. 4 Sterne sind etwas hochgegriffen.

Nous etions deja venus 6 mois plus tôt, le menu quasi identique, du coup 2 nuits sur place mais 1 seul passage au restaurant nulle envie de remanger la même chose une 3ème fois. Les toilettes terriblement étroits et trop bas, la fenêtre difficilement refermable. Par contre la personne a l'accueil : tres agréable.

Smelly room

The room smelt of bad drains. In fact the whole corridor smelt awful as we were walking to the room. We were so tired from the journey we put up with it and mentioned it at reception when paying. It was met with a shrug of the shoulders, as if it wasn't their problem. Nothing was deducted from the bill, so we paid alot for a really poor experience and shan't be returning. There are considerably better options nearby, cheaper, cleaner and where they have a service mentality. Give this place a wide berth.

Restaurant für Hotelgäste nicht zur Verfügung

Schöne Anlage, ruhig. Aber dass für Hotelgäste keine Plätze im Restaurant zur Verfügung stehen, ist schwer akzeptabel, auch wenn der Manager bemüht war, eine Lösung ausserhalb zu finden. Der Teppich im Zimmer hat sein Ablaufdatum längst erreicht.
