"no free shuttle. wasn’t available and they did not return calls. waitress for lunch was satisfactory at best and asked me for a tip TWICE. not customary unless service is good in Paris got a notification from expedia did we receive our free drinks for our status. ….no. had to ask them for it. they gave us a ticket only for wine or beer after they had let us down twice. i never leave terrible reviews but service was the issue. it was terrible"

"Lovely, spacious room. Professional l, responsive and polite staff. Despite tge airport location, our room was exceptionally quiet. We had room service dinner which was delivered quickly and was very good.The breakfast was well worth the price."

"This hotel is conveniently located for a sleep between flights, but that’s really all it has going for it. The smell in the bathroom was wretched. Seemed like a water pipe issue or something. If we’d been there for anything other than immediate sleep and then an early flight, I would have left and stayed elsewhere. Better than sleeping in seats in the airport. The shuttle to the airport the next morning costs 8 Euros per person, and must be scheduled ahead of time, but that’s was actually the best part of the whole stay. The driver was early, efficient, and helpful with additional information about our gate. Definitely plan to arrive at CDG at least 3 hours ahead of your flight. We did so and barely made our flight. Everything takes a very long time at this airport."

"I was assigned an accessibility room which included a shower that flooded the bathroom floor. I am not disables. The TV provided no English Channel options. The lounge and food options was closed when we arrived at 22:30 on Saturday evening. For the room cost this was a disappointing experience."

"Although the property is cleaned, this was the oldest Hilton I ever stay in. I will say it has not been refreshed/updated for the last 20 years at a minimum. Old carpet, no USB ports and lots of noises. They gave me a room fitted for handicap therefore, no shower, only a bath!"
