"We booked and paid for this property only to be told by Catherine the local property mgr (not Holidu) a day before we departed the U.S. (and only after WE'D called her for another reason) that she was moving us to a different property, as this house had construction going on. We were given no choice in the matter and it was so last minute that we agreed to go to the new site. When we arrived we were upset to find a dirty, smelly, small studio space.
