"This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful."

It’s a great location on the Banasura Lake, and serves as a good home base for other locations in the district, including waterfalls and wildlife reserves. The food was spectacular, especially the buffet in the mornings. The traditional Kerala dishes like appam and dosa at the live counter never disappointed. The live flutist who always played added a fantastic ambience. The bar on the third floor has the most fantastic...
