"We had a great stay, very clean, friendly staff, the shuttle was great, the driver very helpful, the access to the pools was great, especially for kids. My daughter had fun on the wooden decor play at the reception, all children felt welcomed, and made friends while parents had a drink. just a constructive criticism the dinner menu could do with more choices. The mixer valve for the tub was broken only scolded hot water would come out. The screws holding the glass shower door onto the hindges were loose allowing the door to shift when opened/closed. "
