Across the property, the staff maintained a welcoming attitude, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. This being my first stay at a Marriott property in Kerala—following previous experiences in Singapore—it fully met my expectations in terms of service quality and overall experience. The only minor concern was the automated blinds, which appeared to operate unpredictably at times, causing slight discomfort. Aside from this, the stay was thoroughly enjoyable."
