Here it is again, I cone out the door to the walkway of tge parking lot and 2 people sitting in the walkway smoking don’t even turn around to look or even move to show courtesy to who’s comingbouf the door and just sit there blocking the walkway lke it’s sone project apartments where no one has manners or common courtesy.
