THIS HOUSE ONLY SLEEPS 2! We are 35 miles North of Moab and 30 miles north of Arches National Park. We are just 1 mile off of I-70 exit 187, which is the closest exit to the Moab exit #182. We are close enough to be convenient ,and yet far enough away to be secluded. The house is clean and new and is perfect for a couple who is not wanting to spend a fortune . There is a fully equipped kitchen ,complete with pots and pans.

Great little spot!

Very nice for a tiny home! Hot water was pretty limited and internet wasn't great. Just sitting in the middle of a gravel lot, nothing special, but we loved this as a cozy stop on our road trip through Utah!

Convenient and quiet

Convenient location to Moab, canyon hikes and the national parks nearby. This place was perfect for me and my two dogs to go explore during the day and then come back to shower and pass out! Occasional train heard but otherwise quiet.

Such a cozy spot! It was super clean when we showed up and is in a nice quiet location outside of Moab. Great spot to avoid the craziness in town

Perfect spot to rest for our stop-over road trip visiting Arches and onto Colorado! The place was super clean and very quiet. We will definitely plan to stay again, whenever we make it back through this part of the country. Thanks for a nice stay!

Great place for us

The Books View cabin was way more than what we expected. The cabin was neat, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Moab Getaway

Our Stay in Thompson Springs was great. The rental is clean, up to date and everything we needed to spend a few days exploring Arches National park and Moab and less expensive than renting a similar property in Moab.
