"It was a great experience the price is worth it good food good people good vibes.One thing i dont like about the hotel is the jacuzzi in the room. it was smelling like bleach the entire time ."

"I loved the fact that it was all inclusive. I bought the membership and was offered a room upgrade and wrist band change. Once we went to the front desk for the upgrade and wrist band change we were told it’s not reflected in the system. That was disappointing. We were promised these things and weren’t given it after they got us to purchase a membership. That did not sit well with me. Other than that the resort was beautiful and the staff was great."

Any times outside that window, you are on your own. That is the only thing I would suggest ."
