The hot tub did not get hot and was on a slant.Driveway is VERY steep.not suitable for elderly or handicapped, MANY STAIRSLarge Tv in all rooms, big fridge/ freezer,no ice maker , so bring ice.Shed in back was unlocked, so we looked insde for a usable grill. Nice backyard seating with ceiling fan. Could use fans in bedrooms....
