"It's relatively fine. My main and biggest concern is the unavailability of drinking water. Late night, I went down the front desk to ask where I could get drinking water and they said they didn't have any and had to get one from the vending machine."

"Room 111, Staff to me were pleasant when I interacted with two of them, very short interaction. Pictures on the website are deceiving. The wood color in my room was grey, and the room did not look bright like the pictures, seen on the website. The TV was old (dying) and had a bright light spot in the middle of the screen, making it hard to see the shows I wanted to watch. Maintenance needed in every part of the room, simple maintenance fixes, rust needs to be dealt with, shower curtain needs to changed, towels to be updated etc. Cleaning standard was not to mine, the whole room had to be sanitized before using anything, just to make sure. The microwave was scary.  AC was very LOUD when on but worked well as the room became very warm once the AC was off. My total was $140 for the night so I was expecting better for that price.  I didn't use the Wi-Fi, so I cannot comment. Deposit was back on my credit card with a day, which was nice. Parking available right outside the room door, with a charge."

"My wife & I stayed here with our son as part of his birthday trip to the Toronto Zoo. When we arrived a the hotel, we were unaware that the property did not accept debit cards at the front desk for check-in, you must have a credit card with chip at time of check-in, which we did not have. For a brief moment, we thought we'd have to drive back home roughly 3 hours after a long day, but the hotel manager Mohammed (Hopefully I spelled that correct, I apologize if I did not!) overheard our situation and offered to work with us and offered to make things right! Overall, great experience at the hotel. Room was very clean, beds were very comfy, my son enjoyed the couch in our "New Home" as he kept telling us. Pool was nice and clean, breakfast in the morning was a big hit. We don't travel up this way often, but will definitely keep Mohammed and his team in mind if we need to stay in the area again! Thank you again to you sir for talking with us and offering a solution!"

"Property and parking were filthy, cigarette butts lined the curbs. Smoke fumes permeated every where as we climbed an antiquated wooden staircase to the second floor. Doorkobs were damaged as well as doors themselves. No hot water and cold had no force ."
