"This property is very clean and modern. The rooms are small but has everything you need and very clean! We had breakfast at the hotel one morning, it was okay, but the other mornings we went across the street and got drinks and food for both of us for the same price as one breakfast at the hotel. There is coffee offered between 1pm and 9pm, it would be better if it was offered to guests in the morning as well. The location is fantastic, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Annecy!"

"Comfortable clean rooms - very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't use the pool, bar or breakfast buy they are all available. Tricky location out of Annecy, but you can either walk in or use the regular bus from Barral stop."
