"The room was tired and dated (photo of evidence available) no hotwater and shower not working. Coffee and sugar available but no milk or powder. 8 tv channels all fuzzy picture of Thailand adverts. Aircon unit uncontrollable and easily 35 plus years old."

" We had a pre-arranged pick up at the airport and were met by a smart courteous driver in a white uniform. The staff were all very professional, kind and friendly and spoke good English. The restaurant served excellent Thai food with other different types of international food.
