"An older hotel. But we had a great stay the night before our cruise. It is a great location right on the river walk. With a restaurant on site, we ordered a late snack that was delicious. Also, they have a free shuttle that dropped us off all around town the day before and then took us to our cruise port in the morning. You can also call the shuttle if you're anywhere within a two mile radius and don't feel like walking back to the hotel and they will pick you up. We will definitely be staying here again if we cruise out of tampa in the future. Also a big shout out to the shuttle driver, Vernon!!!"

"It was a decent place but every day upon returning to our room, our keys would not work and we would have to walk over to the office and get them reset. They said it was something to do with housekeeping going in the room but after the third day it was getting ridiculous. Staff was nice but just an inconvenience and we didn't understand why it kept happening."

"Everything great. The view and the cleanliness and appliances were great, beyond our expectations. However, the check-in, especially at night could use some bettter direction on where to check in. It is on the second floor and a little confusing to find, so could use better signage to help. Some of the lamps and outlets didn't work either but everything was just as nice as the photos and comfortable to stay in GREAT value for the price!!!!"
