"A most disappointing stat Although the front facing staff were kind and accommodating, there seemed to be a disconnect between them and management. The shower was lovely But The pillows were very uncomfortable There was only tea in the room - no provision for coffee or anything else on either day Very few Power points! The cooked Breakfast was cold and there was not enough milk provided for cereal. "

"Nice and easy check in. Parking spacious. Hotel is in a nice setting walkable to Town and lovely river view. Food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. My only fault would be the bath/shower. You could not stand up to shower the ceiling is too low (there is a sign stating do not stand in the bath) Fine for 1 night, difficult to shower I would not stay in this room again personally"

"Love this hotel, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful interior design, bed so comfortable with beautiful linens, extra thoughtful touches. Excellent cleanliness and quality. Restaurant is a lovely space, nice breakfast but evening menu not to my taste, my meal was quite bland "

"Highlights: nicely refurbished bedroom, great power shower, friendly and helpful staff, great location on seafront, cosy granny chic vibe in communal areas Would have appreciated a fridge in the room, bathtub for soaking after a long walk, prefer a breakfast buffet with lots of choice, ground floor bedroom hot at night with windows kept closed for security- would ask for upper floors next time. "
