Comfortable, spacious place-we loved it!

The beds were very comfortable, and the living room nice and cozy. We were there for a paddle tennis camp at Owls Nest Resort and it was a nice short drive to there

Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this beautiful lodge. Very spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a nice fire pit. Looking forward to returning sometime!

Cozy property

Perfect Vacation home

Perfect vacation home in NH! The house was clean and fully stocked. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Worked so great while staying with 2 families. We can’t wait to come back up to visit.

Amazing!

This property was perfect! We stayed in the area for a wedding and could not have been happier with this property. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! They had everything you needed- a kitchen with all of the utensils/ supplies, plenty of towels, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent, and lots of games. If we are ever looking to stay up there again we would definitely book this place again!

Great location for skiing

Our family of 5 came up for Spring Break to enjoy alittle bit of skiing and visit family who live locally. Had a great time here, house was clean and had all Amenities needed. 20 min from skiing so we were able to go almost everyday even for just a few hours since it was so close by. Cooked most the meals there good supply of pots and pans and utensils.

Perfect NH Getaway Spot

We loved staying at this home (2 adults & 5 kids ages 7-17). There was plenty of space, it was very clean and comfortable and is located in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Close to Lincoln and nearby attractions, and close enough to Lake Winni to take a day trip there. The back yard was a little smaller than expected but that didn’t matter much because the deck is very large and there is a fire pit in the side yard. Great spot, highly recommend booking your stay here.

Camp Auntie Getaway

We enjoyed this relaxing home. Plenty of internet speed for 2 teens. It rained most of the time, but we did manage a fire pit and some grilling on the deck. We enjoyed the retro arcade downtown and had a family dart tournament.

Family weekend get away

House was conveniently located and in a great neighborhood. Our dog loved the fenced in yard The cleaning lady did a great job but the group that stayed before us were very messy and used every towel in the house. This caused the cleaners to have to do extra work. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great space

We had a great visit to this terrific home! So well equipped and clean. We loved that it was dog friendly and yet it still felt very clean. Everyone slept great in the very comfortable beds and had their own space in this large home. We were a family group in the area for a wedding and this house was in a great location close to everything. Communication with the host was excellent. She was prompt and accommodating. We were so pleased to find this great vacation home and recommend it highly!

Annual multi-family getaway in the White Mountains

We had a great time in the area, and enjoyed your beautiful home. It was perfect for our 2 families (total of 6). We enjoyed coffee on the deck the most. My 13 yo daughter loved her loft bedroom. It was open, but private at the same time.Pretty cool! The beds were amazingly comfortable! Everything we planned to do was within an hour drive. - Franconia Notch - Whale’s Tale Water Park - First Friday in Littleton - Squam Lake - Fun Sport and Kellerhaus - Polly’s Pancake Parlor Thank you so much!

Mountain Retreat

We had 7 adults stay 2 nights up at this mountain home and it was a great time. The location is nice and convenient to get around to Waterville Valley or Lincoln. The beds were comfortable, couches were great, and the kitchen had all you needed. Everything was labeled really well so it was easy to find anything you were looking for. The living room was comfortable and chill. The downstairs had some fun adult games to play. The only complaints were the grill had a broken piece which made it unusable, one bathmat was soaked when we got there, and the shower needs a deep clean. Our group had a great time during our stay.

Comfy retreat

Our group of six and two pups had a warm, comfortable week here. Stairs were not a problem for us but potentially could be. A spiral staircase to the loft was not navigable by the dogs, and both sets of stairs to the main floor are rather steep. There is no bathroom in the loft. The fenced yard was much appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable, although one of our group thought the memory foam was too firm. Thanks for a lovely relaxing stay.

New Hampshire weekend

Overall the house was ok, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with utensils and even some pantry items. Plenty of towels and linens. The problems: The main floor bathroom had a tiny shower that was moldy and had soap scum on the shower caddy from previous guests, and it had a leaking door so the floor was always wet. Shower was very difficult to turn completely off and not drip. Not enough towel racks for several people to share a bathroom. The stairs were treacherous, narrow and winding and had raw wood planks on either side and one of our guests cut their arm as they were going down. To access the loft there is a narrow spiral staircase, not easy to climb. The loft was not child safe (luckily we had no kids with us). I would not recommend this place to those with any kind of mobility problems. Lighting overall was poor, very dark.

Relaxing and Peaceful

House was pretty much as described. Plenty of room to spread out it was great having 2 living rooms. Adult kids could hang out downstairs watching TV, playing darts or foosball. Also great that they had their own bathrooms down there as well. Our dog loved the large fenced in yard, it was great just being able to open any one of the doors to let him out. Helpful having things labeled in the kitchen (wish more homes did this) Beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies (TP/Paper towels/ trash bags/dish soap) Well stock pots/pans/cooking utensils/plates/glasses. Plenty of towels. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Recommend checking out Bently's Sugar House just 2 minutes down the road. A few couple small issues: Checking in: cleaning service was still there when we got there alittle after 4. She was very nice and said that the previous group left a large mess. We were able to get in alittle after 4:30. Kitchen: Went to use oven and flames where coming out of the vents on the side. After contacting owner, decided not to use oven and wait to have it looked at after we left (to hard to coordinate time with our dog) Observations: Grill is usable, but needs to be cleaned the grease pan was so dirty kept causing flare ups. No blender even though listed (had to drink my Pina Coladas on the rooks LOL) No Tupperware/storage containers (find this an issue with many homes) Overall happy with our stay and would recommend it to others and would stay again.
