Team competing at Welland International Flatwater Centre
This fit well for our team and chaperones of 9 in total. House was clean. Check in was easy. We were 15 minutes from Welland International Flatwater Centre. Host responded very quickly to communications and requests. One room with a king bed and master bath. Three rooms with queen sized beds. Loft has a pull out sofa bed.

Family B&B during a local family wedding
My family was doing all the food for my Grandsons wedding in Port Colborne Although only a few of us stayed at the B&B we needed a place for other family members to come to help us assemble the trays and to do final food arrangements One of the attractions to this B&B was it being dog friendly. I wish we had known there was a tenant in the basement when we were looking as we knew we might be noisy.

Very nice house , however not real clean , shower glass doors looked like not been cleaned in awhile, stuff in the drain? No garbage bags and sent emails to owners and no reply at all , full kitchen but no frying pan and only one pot , had to make beds low on towels for 4 bedrooms, I think we should be refunded the cleaning fee as place was not properly cleaned before we got there . Towels and sheets in dryer , dishes in dish washer we had to empty it , not many plates etc , could be excellent place but has issues to be fixed asap , door on freezer was not closing and would not make ice and water in freezer. Would have liked it if owner would have at least responded to my 3 emails about some concerns?? No reply at all

Excellent stay!
I stayed here with family to see Niagara Falls. We had an excellent stay. The home was clean, had all the basics (towels, body wash, etc in the bathroom and coffee, pots and pans, etc in the kitchen), and was very cozy and comfortable. We had a great time just sitting on the couch by the fire in the living room or having dinner together around the big dining table. It was a ~25 minute drive to Niagara Falls, which wasn't bad. There is a park in the neighborhood and a grocery store, gas station, and places to eat within a few minute drive. Kenrick was very quick to reply to my messages. He was also very kind - there was a neighborhood party happening during our stay and he invited us to join. Would highly recommend.

There are multiple safety issues. No smoke alarm on 1st floor. Stairs too steep and no safety runners. Bed in master horrible hurt back and feet on it. Not enough towels and wash cloth. Kitchen utensils not enough silverware or pots and pans.no broom to clean up. No code for door just key on counter to come and go. No deck off patio doors. No instructions on how to use tv.otherwise it was an ok house would not go back. Would not recommend it until these items addressed.

Great home
The home was newer and great, plenty of room for all of our 9 people. We visited on a hot day and definitely could have benefited from fans in the bedrooms because they are on the second floor and it got warm at night time. Overall we had no issues and we had great use of the place.

the accommodation is perfect for a large family with young children like ours, it has a lot of space, it feels like home. very clean the host responds quickly to questions the cartier is very safe we ​​skated outside. 2 beautiful park nearby the kitchen is well equipped for cooking I really recommend to everyone

Niagara Falls Trip
Great property. House is nice! Not too far from Clifton hills and Niagara falls. It does advise there is a tenant in the basement and we had 0 issues with. Couldn’t even tell he was there. My fiancé actually meet him outside and they talked for a long while. Cool guy. Any question I needed answered were done so promptly. Would recommend and stay again.

A pleasant stay
We (6 ladies) chose this home because of its proximity (driving) to the sites and shopping in the Niagara area. The house was recently built in a new survey. It was spacious and comfortable, and contained the amenities as listed on the VRBO website. The host, Kenrick, was punctual in responding to our questions. As well, self check in/out was easy. One thing that I'd like to mention is that, upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that there were tenants in the basement. This did not interfere with our stay; however, I think it's something that should be mentioned on the website.
