  • Property is in a new Empire Legacy community located near HWY 406 by Merritt Road. Mind es to Niagara College-Welland, Brock University, St. Catherine’s, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls, Port Colborne, Penn Centre, Outlet Mall, beaches, wineries, restaurants, banks, services and malls.

    Property has 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is exclusive for the host who visits the property to welcome guests and as needed. 3 rooms are for guests: 1 room has double bed and 2 rooms have 2 twin beds each. 1.5 washrooms are available for use by guests. Can accommodate more than 6 guests but maximum of 10.

    Living, dining and kitchen areas are in main floor; high ceiling. Kitchen has glass sliding door & living area has wide glass window. Wooden bench in the backyard.

    Guests are provided with towels and face towels. Beds are furnished with beddings, comforters and pillows. Clean and well maintained for guests to enjoy. Free parking is available: the driveway (if host is not around) and street parking.

There was someone living in the basement and the door wasn't locked, so I felt uneasy leaving my belongings behind when I went out. Also, there was a severe lack of cutlery, which made eating inconvenient
