"We stayed on the 16th floor, and our room had a great view of the Skylon Tower and the mist rising from Niagara Falls. We also enjoyed the fantastic fireworks show at 10 p.m. right from our window. Our room temperature was quite cold, and the room only had air conditioning with no heat. I was told by a staff member that the heating system is not turned on during the summer season, even though it was already late September. I hope the hotel can reconsider this policy, especially when the weather gets cooler."
