The breakfast provided has always had plenty of options. The room rate is very reasona le too, especially during high volume due to rockfest."

"We have family about 20 minutes away. This was a great location for us. The house had everything we needed. This was a great surprise. We loved the house, it worked out great for my family of 3. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Hope to stay there again next year when we come back."

"Beautiful place. New big deck was awesome. We sat outside on both decks. Had a nice fire. Bar restaurant up the road was great. Waitress told us about a lake 30min out. By fair amazing place. Bring a cooler and grill you will love it. Wazee Lake is a must go. Loved that they had dvd for us to play. Kids loved the old 80 90 movies. Only thing cd for music. You get no phone or wifi. It was fine for us as we loved that it was just Family time. This is a amazing Hidden Treasure. We will be back to atv. We rented it for that but our utv broke day before leaving for this trip. But we found things to do. You will love this place. "
