""The boathouse is such a lovely and peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier seaside resorts. It offers the best of both worlds. Despite being a popular venue for weddings, the music was kept at a low volume and we couldn't hear anything from room 6, so we had a really good night's sleep. My two children had a blast at the little play park, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful. The room rates were reasonable, and our overall experience was just lovely. Thank you!""

"Interesting and lovely place to stay within 10mins drive to Southwold. The accommodation is full of character and peaceful. The cooked breakfast was plentiful, of good quality and tasty. We liked the fresh croissants as well. We would have liked some fruit on offer as well as the orange juice already provided. Check in very easy and friendly. Would and will definitely stay again. "

" We arrived a little earlier than expected and we were welcomed by our hosts Debbie and Shaun. We were shown to our room which was very clean and well maintained including the shared toilet/shower room. The beds (2 singles) were very comfortable. The room had a tv, fridge, kettle and tea,coffee milk and sugar. Would definitely recommend Sunnyside Hotel as a place to stay in Great Yarmouth. Thank you Debbie and Shaun."

"Fantastic pub with great food and great staff. We were late and called to ask when food stopped, were told we'd definitely get fed. Arrived,checked in and put our bags in the room, then went for food.Scampi and a Burger, both were very tasty and big portions. "We were left instructions to access the room, as owner had to go out before we arrived, all very straight forward. Was in a different one to the room booked which should have been sunrise. The room was spacious, plenty of storage, milk in fridge and cake too. Toiletries in bathroom. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choice. Owners were very friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay"
