"Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. "

"Zermatt is based on a german town of the same name, and strives to emulate the same ascthetics. In this regard, it succeeds. But I suspect that, after Covid hit, it never fully recovered. There are empty buildings, small aspects that require attention, and outdated signage. Also, the spa is not complementary."

"This property was excellent, immaculate, and luxurious! The hallway to the suite was heavenly appointed. As soon as you walk into the suite you are greeting by beautifully appointed accommodations with plenty of room to relax in the common space all set with automatic fireplace! The balcony is quaint but perfect for having a cup of coffee or evening cocktail watching the Midway world go by.The town is so sweet and very friendly. You are surrounded with gorgeous views of the mountain surrounding you.Each bedroom is beautifully appointed with luxurious accommodations and so comfortable. I was trying to figure out a way that we could stay there forever, but my husband and I have not figured it out yet!Would recommend 1000%.Great job owners!"

"Molly was a spectacular host that communicated well with me about the arrival and departure details. It was also thoughtful that she checked in to see if we needed anything during the trip. The property was as advertised, and was very clean and cozy. There were great amenities and extra supplies and towels for us. We also enjoyed the board/card game selection. We will book again when we are back in the area!"

"The rental needed a thorough cleaning in a bad way. I ended up vacuuming up 5 cobwebs in the kitchen alone (every corner and beneath the dishwasher by the floor). The flooring in the bedrooms needs a good cleaning. I accidentally brushed my foot under the bed while going to bed and I dislodged a fit bunny as big as my foot. There was so much dust behind the chair in my room too. It was gross. Furniture and stove need to be pulled out and cleaned. I’m not a fin i particularly picky person, but I felt like I needed to clean the kitchen in order to prepare food. And I don’t want to feel like that on vacation. The parking spaces were also really hard to navigate for this unit. The beds were not good. The pillows were terrible (think 3 Walmart pillows). The decor is cheap, the soaps were cheap. It seemed like someone put the rental together using the least amount of time and money possible. Wouldn’t stay again."
