"I really enjoyed staying on this farm with my husband. We were greeted by the farm dog , Atlas , and he often hung out with us outside. We saw their cows and heard their chickens - all great assets to this stay (if you like the sound and love animals of all kinds). The area is very quiet and out of the way of public view. The pictures and description are accurate, which was helpful toward making a decision and being happy about it. The owner’s are considerate and thoughtful. "The apartment was lovely, clean, well-appointed. But there was an outstanding drawback for those with mobility issues. We are seniors and found climbing the stairs outside the building treacherous, so much that we made an effort to be inside before dark. Lower level stairs were made with 1-2 inch rock and railroad ties, very unsteady. One of the railings was missing too."
