We stayed here for two days while visiting Sequioa and Kings Canyon. The location is great, only a few minutes to the Sequoia entrance. The cabin was clean and felt like a home away from home. Mark is great getting back to you when messaged. Will definitely look foward to this property if we ever go back to visit the area.

Very conveniently located close to sequoia national park and shopping and gas. It was tricky to find the place so signage could be a bit bigger with a light on it specially if arriving after dusk. Great host and amenities.
We loved this little home. It was perfect for my friend and I for our weekend trip to the National Parks. We especially loved the little treats and cozy comfy feel of the space.
Perfect place to stay near Sequoia NP. It had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer for my clothes post-hiking the snow melt in Sequoia. Quiet and secluded location right outside the entrance to the NP. Would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and cozy cabin. We enjoyed the WiFi and television viewing. We didn’t stay long enough to really enjoy the view but what we saw was very pleasant. The property was a little hard to find but overall it was good.
This place is perfect if you are planning on visiting Sequoia NP and Kings Canyon NP. The house is private and very clean. The host was easy to reach and provided us with tips for our stay. If I'm back in that area I would stay there again.
Stay was great. Property was very clean, welcoming, cozy and perfect for after a long day of hiking or visit to the Giant Forest.
Would and will recommend this property to friends and family thinking of visiting the area!

I stayed for two nights and the place was wonderful! Easy and simple communication with the hosts. It’s perfect for a solo trip or couple and has everything you need if you’re visiting Sequoia National Park and staying at Three Rivers.
This is our first time to visit Sequioa National Park and wanted to stay in a cabin so we can cook, get more privacy and do as we please without disturbing anyone and we chose this cabin. We had a great stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we're getting what we wanted and grilled dinner right away!It has all you need to get a good night sleep after hiking the park. It's close to the grocery store, some restaurants and the recreational park which we visited on our first day too. It's like living in a farm land where a deer, a couple of rabbits, plenty of squirrels, turkeys and other birds roam freely - we loved it! Another plus is there's a horse farm nearby that we enjoyed going to and watching the horses play every afternoon too!
We really liked the house, it was very clean and cozy. But I didn't like the smell of water, it was strange. But it is worth noting that there was a cooler with water. We used it.
Location is ideal for when visiting Sequoia National Park! Mark was nicely correspondent to ensure our check-in went smoothly. We were immediately relieved by the AC upon entering and happy to have hot showers after being in the great outdoors. Having access to a washer and dryer was a luxury, too! Would definitely stay again!
Had an awesome time with my family. The cabin was roomy enough for my husband, daughter and me. We had a nice time on the deck barbequing and playing board games. The property manager was a very nice man. I recommend this property for anyone looking to get away.
Cute little place in Three Rivers. Easy access to Sequoia National Park as well as the cute town of Exeter and also Visalia. Owner was great with driving instructions which were very helpful as the place is off a main road and a little hard to spot in the dark. And boy, is it DARK! The house has automatic lights on the outside which are great but perhaps a motion activated flood light where you park your car would be a great addition! We arrived in daylight but as the sun sets so early now, when we left to go to the store as I said, it's pitch black! Hard to determine the driveway path. That's my only "fault". The house is clean and cozy! Really appreciated that they had the heater on when we arrived because it was cold! Nice little snacks available and coffee pods too. Also loved that they suggested purchasing the entrance fee for the National Park ahead of time via our welcome email. That was a great tip!
A perfect little no-frills house for my husband, 4 year old and myself. And it was less expensive than most of the hotels in the area and a lot of those looked a bit sketchy! :) The house was very clean, easy to find and quiet too. Would definitely stay here again if we come thru this way. This was also our first time renting a house to stay in and the experience was so nice we will definitely be doing this qgain. Thank you!
Thank you for a wonderful stay! The small details are what made this place special. It was also a great location to go and explore Sequoia National Park.
We had an amazing stay! Grocery and coffee were just a short trip into town. Mark had everything we needed in the home, including bug spray, and even a few quick snacks we took into Sequoia.
