The room was clean and comfortable. Furniture was old and very second hand. Internet was not working entire time there. Bath towel I used was literally thread bare in many spots. Light over sinks not working. Lighting very dim throughout the room.

We reserved a room in advance, but when we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes before getting our room because they were just then starting to get sheets and cover on the bed. The cover had bad stains on it. They had to bring us towels and washcloths, and most of them were wadded up instead of folded. The floors in the room were FILTHY! The tv didn't even work. My son and husband both took showers and the bathtub was as slick as snot. So much so, that my husband wouldn't let me shower, because there was no mat in the shower. Somehow, the sleep was pretty decent, or maybe I was just that tired. Between that and the good food at the restaurant next door, that's the only positive I can give to this hotel.

Excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Internet speed was fast and reliable, perfect for work and streaming. The on-site restaurants offered delicious food with great variety. The hotel’s view was breathtaking, making every morning a delight. Highly recommend!

I left an expensive bottle of cologne in the room which conveniently nobody knows about their burn marks all over the bathroom counter is supposed to be a no smoking room and when I wipe my hand across it, it was filthy the bathroom smelled like mold the bed and the sheets for clean Which is the only reason I didn’t walk out and dispute the charge

It was clean but there I saw bugs, the listing said there was a gym and there is no gym, the wifi locked most websites and the TV was very basic. If I had got the room as cheap as I did I would be looking to get some back

Not real clean, sheets had holes 9n them.Nobody at the counter couldn't Check-in.Look trashy around the place would not suggest and I will not go there again. No toilet paper or towels in the room. Left before we checked in. Going to contact hotels . Com for refund if i got charged.

Worst hotel ever.

The strong smell of marijuana in the lobby. No soap or shampoo. Only one bath towel. A/C worked but was in pieces. To begin with the address online is not found by maps. When I called and spoke to some kind of "expert" they could not find my reservation. Found the hotel as we were driving by it. Dogs in lobby attacking door.

No toilet paper, no bath towels, no soap, no shampo,very dirty bathroom the sink full of dirty water, the person in the front said he was going to fix it never showed up. The refrigerator full of old food very smelly, the bed was full of stains blood stains.I should get reimbursed because I went back to the office to try to get another room one came to the front I knocked hard no one came.
