Riverfront Cabin - Private River Access & Hot Tub

★ Spacious, fully remodeled, rustic cabin on river frontage property has an established trail to access the Kaweah River.

★ 6 Person Hot Tub,

★ 10 min drive to Sequoia National Park Entrance.

★ The house is 1550 sqft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an office room ideal for remote working .

★ Brand New Furnitures. 1 King Bed, 2 Queue Beds.

★ High speed mesh Wifi through the house and backyard (200Mbps).

★ Fully Equipped Kitchen. There is no traditional oven, a counter top oven is provided. This is the size 17.09"D x 20.22"W x 13.34"H. The oven is good to cook a turkey.

★ Smart TV.

★ Outdoor Sofa Chairs, Outdoor Dining Sets, BBQ Grill. (Guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank for BBQ Grill, host will reimburse.)

★ Quiet and Safe Residential Location with Paved Road Access.

★Gorgeous View Morro Rock and Alta Peak.

★Parking is allowed in the driveway only, not on the street. The driveway accommodates three vehicles.

★The only reliable cell service in 3Rivers is AT and T. It works at the house and in most of Three Rivers.

★Keurig espresso machine with K-Cup provided. Not working with ground coffee.

★Utensil, Wine Opener, Pizza Cutter, Cookware, Dinnerware, Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Cloth, Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner, Dish Wash, Laundry Detergent, Kitchen Towel, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags etc are provided. (I did not list a lot of smaller kitchen items here, please feel free to ask if you need specific kitchen items like "tupperware", "vegetable grater", "plastic wrap/foil" etc)

Private trail to access the river.

PETS:
We do allow small dogs, please ask before you book. There is a $30 extra cleaning charge. We just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED

Security:
We have a Non-Recording video camera on the outdoor front entrance. This is for our use only to remotely monitor package delivery and service crew. Guests are never recorded or monitored. No camera inside the property or in backyard.

Everything was perfect except for the water pressure in the upstairs shower. Beautiful home. Great location. Easy to communicate with owner. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay very much

It was fine

The description of this house was a bit misleading. The house is across the street from the river and you have to take a steep, windy pathway to get down to it. We had hoped to spend a lot of time swimming with our kids in the river, and unfortunately that didn’t happen. Besides that, the location was good, and the house was fine.

RAT INFESTED

This place is completely over run with rats! I could hear them chewing in the walls, one ran over my friends foot, beds were uncomfortable, and the river access is extremely dangerous, this place is not as advertised and the owners dont care for the place much. We stayed the entire trip because we brought 2 dogs with us and its difficult to find a place that accepts 2 dogs. If it weren't so difficult to leave we would have been gone day 1. This place is a health risk!

This place needs attention. The photos make it look much better than it is. Very neglected. Path to River is unusable. Not enough dishes/utensils for 6 people. Oven is filthy. Ac doesn’t keep it cool in the heat. Too many problems to list.
