"Our 2nd stay here; 1st was in 2020 and was fantastic. The property hasn't been well maintained, unfortunately. Minor things mostly, but annoying. The living room ceiling fan was unusable due to a screeching noise and all the light bulbs were burnt out. The AC didn't work at all. Several lights were inoperative as well. The pool and hot tub was closed during our short visit. Some furniture was broken. The staff was wonderful and friendly and did their best to accommodate."

"Had an amazing time. Lodge room was cozy and quiet, Jackman and Moose River area were nice, and staff recommended places to check out including dinner options and going across to Quebec. Hope to come back someday and will certainly consider this place once again!"
