"The host was absolutely wonderful – super responsive, incredibly flexible, and so supportive of our needs! The place itself is really cozy and the location is fantastic. What stood out most was how kindly she accommodated us on such short notice. We had a ton of luggage and booked last-minute (less than 12 hours ahead) because our plans unexpectedly changed, yet she not only accepted our booking but also offered early check-in to help us out with our bags. We’re so grateful – thank you for...

"I wasn't even able to stay here! The phone number listed is incorrect, the Expedia message system was useless. I ended up taking a cab to what I thought was the correct address (it is listed as a street in Ward 1, but every district has a Ward 1, and this street is common to many districts) based on its location on Goggle maps. Wrong address. I ended up taking a cab to a hotel in District 1 that I knew of, and fortunately they had rooms available. If you are reading this, Expedia, I would like...

This is an historic sprawling building situated on the river front. The front desk reception was very friendly and enthusiastic. She gave us a room on the second floor with balcony overlooking the river. Room was basic but comfortable. Internet was fine. Shower was good. Facilities in the room were relatively new, perhaps a few years at most. Bed and linen were comfortable. There is a minibar and fridge in the room. Breakfast consisted of a menu. You can order one feed and one drink. I had...

Since our first stay was so enjoyable, when our trip opened us to a revisit of Ho Chi Minh City, we decided to come back for a second stay at this hotel. During the first stay, we had a room on the 6th floor and this time, the hotel gave us a room on the 8th floor. Each room had a slightly different layout, and both were comfortable and very nice. During this second stay, we had a chance to enjoy the pool on the 9th floor and the sunset view was beautiful. The rooftop pool is nice, even...

What a place! I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this stay. I was not expecting to find such a great hotel for my budget. It had rooftop bar, rooftop pool, great breakfast and personal balcony. Room was clean and beautiful. The sky view at night is incredible (I snapped a picture.) Staff is friendly and helpful and showed me a lot of local places in district 6 and the rest of ho chi minh city. Will stay here next time, too.
