"I had to extend my stay so had to move rooms ( not an issue). Both rooms were nice but a tv remote had flat batteries in the first room. The second room had what looked like large heat blisters on the surface of the desk and a worn away edge and a bulb off in the bathroom so I think the maintenance needs to be a bit better. Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine. Very close to bars and restaurants. "

"We stayed for one night on the way to Germany. The hotel is convenient for the A7/E42. Our room was compact but very clean and comfortable. The restaurant wasn’t open, but there were a number of meals available at the small bar. After a long day in the car, we enjoyed a walk along the nearby canal."

"I booked my stay through hotels.com and paid the hotel in advance. However, the hotel charged me full price when I checked out. I have emailed the hotel and they say they haven't received a payment before. They told me to send a proof of payment, which I did. I sent them a detailed receipt but they said it wasn't enough. After that they just stopped responding to me. I should not even have to send them a receipt. Hotels.com are trying to fix this for me, but the hotel staff are all struggling...

"The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links...

"The room was a great stay for a family. We got the Luxe room with two bedrooms all on one level. Which was great for traveling with small children. I understand the next sized room has stairs and I wouldn’t have wanted that with a baby but the room we got was perfect. We also had an actual bathtub, again, something that makes life easier when traveling with toddlers. The rooms look a bit outdated but we had everything we needed, it was peaceful, clean, a wonderful breakfast, and close to the...
