Check in was seamless and quick. Room was newly renovated, bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet with a lovely view. Washroom was a bit small, including the sink (couldn't refill water bottles). Overall a nice stay close to many restaurants.

We all ways enjoy our stays at this hotel. The staff has always treated us kindly and the property is always clean. This is an old hotel that has held it charm and is conveniently located in downtown town.

Older, historic hotel on the water overlooking the Sleeping Giant. Very helpful staff. Provided handicap facilities and a free breakfast meal ticket. Conveniently located downtown. Handicap parking. Special elevator that will not move up without a room card. Feel very safe in this building.

Absolutely loved our stay at this modernized historic place. From the 5th floor we could see the old train depot and the bay where big ships were moored. Easy access to the walkway along the water. Also walking distance to a nice casino and many shops. Had a great time. Perfect place to stay.

The location was great, close to the waterfront and within walking distance of the area. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and friendly. However, the place felt quite old and could use better maintenance. Our room wasn’t very clean, especially the washroom, where the tiles had visible mould.
