"When my husband went to check in our family of 6, there was an issue with the room we had selected (with bunk beds) and he was told we were getting a different room with cots in it… Boy did we ever!!! It was a suite on the top floor and we the absolute best 3 night stay a family could have. It was incredible having that much space and the room was so gorgeous. Thank you x’s a million from our family, we felt like VIP’s. We spent so much time in the room because it was so unbelievable. The play place for kids was epic too! Darlene at breakfast was excellent. We would recommend this hotel 10/10. "

"The room, staff and complimentary breakfast was fantastic! We had an issue with parking and the lit being completely covered in ice. We had an accident on property in the parking lot and 2 we fell on the ice. One guest has a concussion from hitting her head and both of us are full of bruises and pain from the fall. The management said they email Expedia explaining the situation and we should expect to have some kind of refund for the accident and pain caused. The team at HoJo was very kind, thoughtful and responsive. I look forward to hearing from you. "
