"This hotel was lovely. The night staff was super helpful. We got in at 2am after driving hours through a crazy lightning storm. Housekeeping pounded on our door and every other door on our floor at 8:55am, yelling “Housekeeping!” Check out isn’t until noon. They pounded on our door 3 full hours before checkout. So much for getting a solid 8 hours of sleep after a rough night of driving so that we could continue safely on our journey. When I expressed my frustration to the front desk, all she could say was that that was how they were trained, and then simply “ok” to everything else I said. Not only was it a rude awakening, but they clearly couldn’t care less. They will never again get so much as a penny from me."

"For the price this was an acceptable overnight stay. The aircon is very loud, So if you are a light sleeper you would struggle. The mattress also requires changing as areas that are sinking. The breakfast choices were not the worst I’ve had at similar hotels, but it’s not great so if you are staying more than one night you probably need to BYO."

"The good and then the bad. Very friendly counter staff. Clean room. Decent breakfast fare. Now to the bad. Or door did not shut all the way unless you pushed it and then it did not lock other than the flip lock. The bathroom door could not latch at all. The beds were hard but the pillows were fine. My daughter left her retainer there in the case and they threw it away instead of turning it in to lost and found. Would not go back."

"My husband and I looked for 2 days for a hotel that would have a pool with a slide that accommodated dogs. We have stayed here in the past and could finally afford the room charge to enjoy the pool. We even sacrificed drive time on our trip to take the kids to their grandparents for some summer fun. We could have gone farther and found a cheaper hotel with a pool. Upon our check in, we were informed that the pool was closed. Already had paid for the room with no immediate refund to find a different hotel. What were we supposed to do? Vending machine was also not working correctly on our floor so we had to go to a different floor to get bottled water. My husband went to pizza ranch with our older two and I stayed back at the hotel with dogs and youngest child to have a pizza party…to try to recoup some don’t time since pool was closed. The fridges don’t even hold a small pizza box… We found a child’s toy under the sofa sleeper and a spoon with dried food on it on the floor. Experience was just annoying… We will try again, but we will be asking more questions before paying next time."
