"This property was absolutely stunning. It’s in a great location with a prime view of the beach. The pool amenities are world class. The property manager was kind, responsive and helpful. This is a perfect property for a family with small kids. I will caution that the bunk beds are small and very narrow (smaller than a normal twin) perfect for kids but would be tough for a teen or adult to sleep in."

"Cozy, clean condo on the beach! I stayed with my son and we had plenty of room - he slept on the pullout couch which was comfortable. The king bed was comfy too. The pool area was nice… a great place to escape the sun at high noon as there was always a shady spot. Easy access to the beach and a short, beautiful walk to shops and restaurants. "Needs some new furniture. Sofa very uncomfortable. Wish some Breakers units had walk in shower rather than bath tub/shower. Much more suitable for seniors renting for the winter months but beautiful, convenient area. We will be back just into a more recently updated unit"

"The location was great! There were 2 pools to use. They provided 4 bikes, 4 beach chairs, it was nice not to have to bring or rent those items. The beds were comfortable and they provided enough towels/washcloths for everyone. We had a few issues with items that could use some updating. The bedroom window facing the parking lot had a large (1/4 inch) gap that could not be closed. The sliding glass door was nearly impossible to open, the track looked crooked. "This condo is perfection. Incredible location with phenomenal views. Well appointed kitchen and beautifully decorated home. Owners were excellent communicators and provided wonderful suggestions to help make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer."
