"This is a fantastic property in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes drive from Wakefield and about 30 minutes from York or Harrogate. The cottage is very well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. Clean and modern inside ample parking and great views."

"It was a lovely stay and local area was nice. I recommend the pickled pheasant pub. The bike shed was full so we couldn’t use it unfortunately. The house was very cozy with lots of blankets, nice stay. Great views too. "

"We had a very comfortable stay in a lovely little cottage which was also very conveniently located Close to the airport and with the Peak District right there. I would recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in a lovely part of the world."

"Spent 4 nights in this lovely, comfortable and well equipped property. Great location with walks from the door and well placed to explore the Holme Valley, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, National Coal Mining Museum and for wandering off to the Peak District. Also convenient for Huddersfield. Quiet location minutes from Almondbury where there are shops, pubs cafe and also from Farnley Tyas and it’s pub. Note: the property is on a bus route to Huddersfield. Would we stay again? Definitely "
