Helpful staff at check in but the sky bar staff were quite rude. Took over 35 mins to receive 4 drinks! A great setting though to see Liverpool from. Ideal location for our needs. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was spotless. We didnt eat there on this occasion so cant comment on food. The small kitchenette was an added bonus with everything you needed for a short stay
