"Parking limited 2 -3 spaces and very awkward. Noisy , particularly boiler flue which must have been directly under my window "

"The room was clean and comfortable, food (and beer) very good and staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was parking - no parking in the immediate vicinity so we were advised to use a public car park over 10 mins walk away. When we got there we found that although the car could stay there overnight, we would have to return the next day at 8am to get another day ticket (there was the option of downloading an App etc, which we decided was too much of a faff!). Then of course we would have to carry our luggage back to the car or drive it back to the Old Cannon when we left. It's a shame cos everything else was just fine."

"Our room was very clean and stylish, bathroom and shower were perfect. Our only negative was that we couldn’t get a cocktail at 11pm when we returned from dinner, such a shame as we would have liked to finish our wedding day with a celebratory cocktail."

"Poor reception. No working radiator. Bad quality bed. Good breakfast. Bad attitude when complaining. "

"Doors need seeing to. Fire doors, bedroom doors need to have a slow closing fitted to them constant banging doors throughout our stay. Rooms could do with some update they are clean but outdated and paint peeling away."
