Great hause

The hause is big and have a great living room en kitchen. All previous reviews from other guests are right. You can see that the house is normally for private use. But thats is not a problem. Take care of the cats was ok, we made frends with the cats (although some of us had a bit of an allergy to cats). We thank mathieu we could use his well made hause.

Atroce...

Une première expérience avec cet hôte et Abritel en général qui restera la dernière. Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement absolument répugnant de saleté. Les affaires personnelles du propriétaire traînent partout, feuilles d'impôts, avis de passage de la poste, carte bancaire, papiers de sociétés en tout genre... De la nourriture périmée et moisie dans les frigos et les placard. Nous avons même croisé des cafards. Contrairement à ce qu'indique l'annonce le bain nordique ne fonctionne pas et vu son état il n'a pas fonctionné depuis plusieurs années. Il n'y a plus de potager depuis longtemps. Des chats ont investi les lieux et marquent leur territoire partout, sur les matelas, les canapés, les tapis. Le linge de maison est indiqué fourni, on nous a annoncé 4 jours avant le départ qu'il convenait de prévoir le notre ! (Heureusement dans un sens car les draps et le linge à disposition sont à l'image du reste de la maison). Les matelas sentent l'urine de chat et sont affreusement sales, ne parlons pas des salles de bains et des toilettes... Quand aux chambres de l'étage, dans le même état que le reste, maximum 1,60m sous plafond, les pièces sont sales, petites et étriquées, elles ne peuvent en aucun cas compter dans la surface habitable du bien loué. Nous avons passé une "nuit" dans le logement en attendant un retour d'Abritel après l'envoi de 60 photos, il nous a été répondu que nous n'avions pas tous la même conception du ménage !

Nadat wij enthousiast op de advertentie gereageerd hadden en we onze vragen konden stellen boekten wij dit huis. Nadat wij alles betaald hadden kregen we van de eigenaar informatie over het huis. De hot was kapot gegaan bij renovatie...

Génial!!!

Un magnifique séjour pour les fêtes de Noël dans ce superbe loft. Nous étions 12 et vu l’espace qu’il y a nous aurions pu être le double sans nous marcher dessus. Tout est équipé pour recevoir autant de monde ( deux frigos, deux congélateurs, beaucoup de vaisselle et d’ustensiles, une table à manger immense…). Les enfants ont apprécier le trampoline à disposition dans le jardin. L’emplacement est top, très au calme et à proximité de boulangerie ( à pieds ) et d’un supermarché ( très proche en voiture ). Quel plaisir de pouvoir se faire un petit feu dans le poêle qui se trouve dans la pièce principal. Pas de soucis avec le wifi qui fonctionnait très bien. Le propriétaire est très disponible et réactif. Nous recommandons cette location.

Excellent

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison spacieuse de Mathieu... L'emplacement nous a permis de visiter plein de coins sympathiques à proximité. Nous étions 8 adultes entre 18 et 77ans. Les jeunes ont apprécié les chambres à l'étage malgré le fait qu'elles soient en enfilade. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation si l'occasion se présente à nouveau !

Très beau loft

La maison de Mathieu est idéalement situé et très bien décorée Le sentiment d'espace est top A noter que les chambres à l'étage sont en enfilade mais ça passe avec des ados Seul bémol les locataires précédents n'avaient pas laissé la maison très propre mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une très bonne semaine Mathieu est adorable et très joignable Si on devait revenir dans la région nous avons une bonne adresse maintenant

Séjour exceptionnel !!

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances vraiment géniale dans la maison de Mathieu, qui est totalement adaptée aux moments conviviaux entre amis ou en famille. La maison est très spacieuse et très bien décorée et il y a vraiment tout le confort pour recevoir ses amis (cuisine hyper équipée, grande table à manger, nombreuses chambres...). Le contact avec Mathieu était très fluide et il est resté joignable tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci !!!
