They let us keep our luggage in their storage room, even after hour check out time, which helped us a lot. "It was all okay, easy check in and check out. Clean rooms with provided towels"

"Very easy check in and out with friendly staff. Useful shared kitchen with fridge and all basic cooking equipment. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location, nice walk into the centre of Berlin (about 30/40 minutes). Lidl only a 15 minute walk away. "

"I'm not usually the one to write a bad review but our experience was just very bad here. There is no reception and that's why we called ahead of time ensure we came to the right place, the guy on the phone was less than helpful. We followed the advise and directions from Expedia and ended up in the vicinity. We called the number yet again and no one answered. Mind you it was raining and we were waiting outside walking around trying to figure out where the building is for two hours... the guy...

"Fantastic location next to the S+U Warschauer stop: there is lots to do in the area and Warschauer is an easy stop to get around Berlin from. The staff are all friendly and helpful, bathrooms and common areas are kept very clean. There is a small kitchen area that guests can use. The dorm room is nothing special, but the beds and space provided are fine, and it's nice that towels and sheets are provided for free. I would stay here again."

"Hotel wird derzeit als Unterkunft für Flüchtlingsfamilien genutzt. Mitarbeiter war überrascht, dass ich über diese Plattform ein Zimmer reservieren konnte. Es war sehr laut und schmutzig. Bei Abreise kein Personal anwesend auch nicht telefonisch erreichbar. "
