Puerto del Carmen Holiday home in Puerto del Carmen 13 minutes walk from the beach and the old town, just outside the center of Puerto del Carmen, holiday home Luis I combines an ideal location with its luxurious outdoor area for an exceptionally relaxing holiday experience. The holiday house integrates cream-coloured decor with splashes of color and consists of a living room, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, a baby cot and a highchair. Outside, the furnished patio offers a place to share fresh meals together and sunbathe in absolute privacy while the private pool - heated throughout the entire year - invites guests to refresh themselves under Lanzarote’s clear sky at any time of day. Due to its optimal location, a selection of shops, bars and restaurants are only a 2-minute walk away while charming harbour of Old Town is about a 13-minute walk or 1.1 km from the villa. To reach the popular beach Playa Blanca, visitors need only walk 12-minute walk, where they can stretch out on the dark gold sand and listening to the water rolling up on shore. For golf lovers, it is additionally only a 3-minute drive to the closest golf course.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Lanzarote Airport is 9 km or 10-minute drive from the holiday house.



The heating of the pool is always on for free. The machine is fully automatic: it turns on when necessary and turns off when the water reaches the optimum temperature to swim (about 25 or 26°C). The temperature is then at its maximum and cannot be raised. Please note that pool towels are not provided and there is unfortunately no hair dryer.
