This charming 3-bedroom house — two with double beds and the other with two single beds — is the perfect place to enjoy comfortable and relaxing holidays. Casa Eva is located less than 300 m from Los Pocillos Beach, the largest in Puerto del Carmen. Imagine returning home after a day of beach relaxation: after a 3-minute walk, you can end the day with a dip in your private 6x3 m pool with 1.5 m depth, shower in one of the 2 bathrooms available to guests — both with shower — and have a drink on the house's private terrace, waiting to go out to dinner at one of the thousands of restaurants in the surroundings.

Casa Eva has a living room with 65-inch Smart TV, satellite channels and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker and dining table. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning to cool down summer days. They also have 2 43-inch televisions for nights when you want to stay home. On the terrace there is a table with chairs, 4 sun loungers and barbecue. There is also a crib and washing machine available to guests. WIFI with fiber. Private parking.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room. All air conditioners work with a coin system, rate 1€ per 45 minutes.
One set of towels per person, pool towels and bedding are provided upon arrival.

Enjoyed our stay

Family of four holiday. Location was a little out of town but easy access to buses and taxis was round corner. Access to local beach at the end of road and good for going walks. The villa was lovely, had all you needed for stay and more. Good communication if required any help. Overall happy with villa, was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you
