In the popular town of Puerto del Carmen on the southeast coast of Lanzarote, the cozy holiday home Marysol awaits you. Located on the third floor without an elevator, the 46 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, so it can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Android box, television, iron, and washing machine. The small furnished balcony invites you to relax and enjoy warm summer evenings with a glass of wine. The carefully landscaped outdoor garden can be shared by all residents. The nearest beach is only a 3-minute walk (270 m) from the accommodation. Other beaches, such as the popular Playa Grande, are located along the coast 1 km away. All you could require

Had a lovely short stay in this apartment. It had everything you could want Bed was so so comfy . Shower was great lots of hot water. Balcony was a little suntrap. The actual complex was well looked after. Near all the shops and restaurants would recommend this apartment Thank you
