The best hotel that we have stayed in Lanzarote and we have been coming for many years. The reception team are very professional and helpful, the breakfasts are exceptional, the rooms are srepotless and beautifully furnished, the gardens are delightful and the large heated pool is a joy to swim in. Well done!

lava beach is an excellent resort. We throughly enjoyed our stay there last week. Thanks to Daniel and Christina for the very warm welcome, and to Laura for making sure everything was ok! The resort is clean, with beautifully manicured gardens. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent; including the vegetarian options. The hotel is very near the beach, we walked there and hired a sun lounger for the day-the water is pristine! Overall, a fantastic stay- one small grumble- our AC was rather slow and sluggish.

All the comforts you could want

The hotel is beautiful inside and out . The staff were very helpful. Our room had a jacuzzi bath with shower which was nice however having bad hips I did find it difficult to get in and out . I didn’t ask to change rooms but a walk in shower would have been preferable.

Very clean comfortable hotel located right on the beach. Service was impeccable. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Aroma restaurant was a little dull and the food wasn’t so great. Location is really nice- right next to many restaurants and shops on the promenade. Our room was sea facing, very spacious, nice shower in bathroom.

Nice modern stylish property with comfortable, stylish rooms and lovely terrace. Good varied breakfast, with plenty of outdoor space, nice pool, enjoyable evening entertainment. Pleasant staff. Only issue was the length of time taken to get a drink in the piano bar….30 mins, as one barman and one waiter.

Pure class.

All I can say was this place is amazing. From the staff, to the work the hotel workers and maintenance workers put in to have it looking too class, all doing an excellent job. Our premium room facing the beach was fantastic. Hearing the waves crashing off the shore day and night gave such a lovely soundtrack to our stay. Totally relaxing. Can’t wait to return.

The property itself was excellent. Beautiful and well maintained. Food in the buffet restaurant was good without being better than good. The food in the fine dining restaurant was not worth the premium. staff were ok without being great

Staff are simply amazing! we had some health issues and Stella and Sillja marshalled a support team second to none.. Meanwhile almost very staff member from bel hop to director smiled and said hello.

Decent hotel

Really nice hotel, good location. A few things that could have been better: 1) half board didn’t include water and you will be charged extra for it; 2) there were very limited vegan options for dinner. There were some vegetarian options but a lot of these had cheese. 3) Also, the fact that they give you 6 coffee pods (2 decaf) and don’t replace them in spite of staying 4 nights seemed petty. At least have instant coffee with a kettle if you’re not going to replace them. 4) The gym could have some towels. Overall nice stay, but these little details quite made it feel a bit less accommodating.

From the moment we arrived, to our departure, the entire stay was fantastic. Friendly staff throughout. A variety of food selection for breakfast and evening meals, always plenty to eat. The room, and in fact throughout the entire premises it was tidy and clean. Enjoyed the massage treatments, on a couple occassions. And we also enjoyed the little putting green one evening. The beach and promenade are at the bottom of the hotel, so a small walk. Overall we had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Fairly small hotel by Lanzrote standards (number of guests, think it's around 150) it is immaculate...Front of house is faultless. Good facilities, spotlessly clean and the maid service fantastic.

The property itself is amazing. Great staff. The entrance to the back of the property to get to the beach is great as well. The properties around the front of the building are trash dumps with graffiti every where. I know the hotel is not affiliated with that but it is a 5 star hotel with landfill in front of it. Again, the hotel itself is amazing so please don’t be deterred by the other properties around it.

The hotel is unbeatable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. All areas of the hotel are spotless and perfectly managed. The size is f the hotel is perfect- not too big to feel crowded. The green areas are spectacular. There are endless sandy beaches with crystal clear waters in front of the hotel. The street between the hotel and beach is pedestrian only. I travel with a service dog. Cooper was warmly welcomed by everyone. We had a lovely vacation.
