About the Property

La Casa del Medianero consists of a total of six private rooms, each with its own bathroom, providing guests with complete privacy. All rooms share access to the communal areas, including the pool, terrace, gardens, patio, barbecue area, and parking.



Our José room features a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a private walk-in shower bathroom. Optional air conditioning is available in the bedroom only, at an additional daily cost. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and essential toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap.



Living Area and Kitchen

The living area is comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with a two-seater sofa and a sofa that converts into a double bed, suitable for one additional adult or two small children. This makes it perfect for families or groups when a third guest joins.



The space also includes a Smart TV, access to a fully equipped kitchen, and reliable fibre-optic WiFi (~65 Mbps), ideal for streaming or remote work.



Guest Capacity

The base rate covers 1–2 guests. A third guest is welcome and uses the sofa double bed, carrying an additional nightly cost, which must be correctly reflected in the booking.



Shared Amenities

Guests enjoy access to well-maintained shared areas, including a heated saltwater swimming pool, sun terrace, gardens, patio, barbecue area, and on-site parking. The pool is maintained at a pleasant 24 °C, providing a skin-friendly swimming experience.

Outdoor Spaces

Both the private rooms and shared areas open onto comfortable outdoor spaces with tables and chairs, overlooking the garden, patio, or pool. Perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or enjoying fresh air.



Location Highlights

Macher is a quiet and authentic village, centrally located in the south of Lanzarote. Timanfaya National Park and Los Hervideros are approximately 15 minutes by car. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, service stations, local restaurants, and a church.



Arrival and Access

The property offers keyless digital access via the Hoomvip app. The app also includes the mandatory digital check-in form required by Spanish law for all travellers staying in Spain. This form must be completed prior to arrival.



Once check-in is completed, guests receive access instructions, a personalised digital guide, a welcome letter, island recommendations, and essential contact information.

Housekeeping and Linens

Fresh bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen cloths are included. Essential bathroom items include hand soap, moisturiser, and gel/shampoo dispensers. For stays longer than a week, a complimentary cleaning service is available, including changing bed linen and towels and a quick touch-up of the space.



Family-Friendly Extras

A baby pack is available upon request and subject to availability. This service carries an additional cost and includes a travel cot, high chair, bedding and blanket, towel, toiletry kit, portable baby bath, and children's crockery.



Optional Services

In-house massage service is available for one or two guests upon request, at an additional cost. Breakfast box for two guests is available upon request, subject to availability, and carries an additional cost.

We collaborate with a reliable local company that offers free cancellation, fully comprehensive insurance, unlimited kilometres, second driver at no additional cost, and delivery/collection at Lanzarote Airport (Terminal 1).
