New to holiday rentals this 2 bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and is centrally located within Puerto del Carmen, also within walking distance of the old town and harbour. Its enviable front line position means you are only 50 metres from the beach and promenade, yet set back far enough to enjoy the peaceful and secure complex with pool.

The spectacular contemporary lounge includes comfy corner sofa, flatscreen TV with British channels inc. BBC,ITV, RTE, SKY Sports, Movies, free WiFi and video club with up to date movies.

The sunny balcony enjoys sea, pool and mountain views and is equipped with dining furniture for alfresco dining. The brand new fully equipped kitchen benefits from washing machine, large oven, large fridgefreezer and microwave. The stunning refurbished bathroom has a walk in shower, towels are provided. The master bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds - all have quality mattresses and bedding.

Great apartment in Puerto Del Carmen

We had a lovely stay in this two bedroom apartment, lovely and clean, great channels on the TV. It had pay as you go air conditioning which worked out at about £60 euro for 10 nights. Great to be able to go to the pool and not see towels on sunbeds! always an available bed and the pool was clean and quiet. Dean was very quick to respond to a minor issue we had. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Location

Wonderful apartment, so central, location is perfect if you want the buzz of the strip which is on your doorstep or if you prefer Old Town which is well within walking distance.Although very vent it was lovely and quiet and night which was great with the kids. The apartment had everything you would need for a family of four, very clean, all the channels and free WiFi, amazing shower. The pool was clean and private, it was a good size and we had it to ourselves most days so really quiet. Beautiful view of the sea and down the strip from the balcony. Dean made check in very easy as he sent on instructions before the trip so he made it stress free 😁. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again as good value for money considering the location.

Ideal Location

The property was everything we could have asked for. It was a great location at the beginning/or end of the strip depending on your way onto it, and it was 10 mins walk to the old town. Despite the main road being under the spacious balcony, it never appeared too loud. The facilities were excellent and the good sized pool always had sunbeds available. A slight issue checking in when the key box wasn't quite as described, but as I say this was very slight and we soon found a solution. Although there are stairs to the property, they weren't really an issue to out unfit party.

Fab stay

Really lovely apartment, close to beach and shops. Fab little pool which was very peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay.
