Our lovely quiet apartment with amazing sea and mountain views has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Our apartment is Vivienda Vacacional - Vv Registered - VV-35-3-0009580. Centrally located in a private complex, within walking distance of the Casino on the main promenade with Restaurant, Bars & Shops and the beach with miles of walkways and cycleways. Fully equipped new refurnished apartment with all the comforts of home, including 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with walk in shower, TV with English and Irish Channels, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary equipment for self catering. A large double balcony that enjoys sun from morning to evening to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Bar-b-q, sun loungers, beach chairs available to use for the beach. Large Spar at end of street. Children's and 18m pool to enjoy a swim with plenty of sun loungers available. Small play area available for Children. Quiet gated complex.

We completely fell in love with this bijou bolthole which was everything we could have wished for. The top floor location may prove a deal-breaker for anyone with mobility issues but it was perfect for us and the stunning sea and mountain views are totally worth the trade off. Tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and ingeniously kitted out to make the most of the space, , the apartment is light and airy with a double balcony that provides shade for all fresco dining as well a sun trap for soaking up the rays. A second balcony out front also offers extra chill out space. Thank you so much - our stay here was such a tonic and hopefully we will be back soon!

We spent two weeks in this apartment. It met all of our needs. The owner Paul was easy to deal with and very helpful. The apartment itself had a lovely view of the sea from the balcony and even from inside the lounge. The balcony was spacious and had sun for most of the day. Another benefit was that it was sheltered from the breezes. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. Also the apartment was cleaned and had the bedding and towels changed after one week. There was a washing machine so the towels could be laundered whenever you felt the need. A nice touch was the gift of bottled water and wine on arrival. The complex itself was secure with a key entry to the complex and a lock box to the apartment. A rental that we hope to return to in the future.

There is a taxi rank and bus stops nearby. Appartment is well equiped and suitable for a longer stay.

This apartment was spacious, light and airy. A double south facing balcony and a small north facing area gave plenty of outside space. There was also a separate utility room which housed the fridge/freezer and washing machine. The furniture was of good quality and there was WiFi and English TV channels. On the third floor so quite a few steps but overall a good apartment that I would be happy to return to. Communication with owner and management lad to very good.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything was as you expect or above. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully furnished including an electric toaster and electric kettle. There was a utility room which housed the fridge freezer and washing machine. The TV showed ITV and BBC channels among others, so if you fancied a night in, you could watch your favourites. The cleaner came in during our stay, a very friendly young lady who did a very good job. We were no more than 5 minutes from a very large and well equipped Spar. The strip was approximately 10 mins walk away, with all the bars, restaurants, shops and beach. The Top Gun restaurant on the strip cooks excellent Sunday lunch. The apartments opposite did a really good curry. Unfortunately, on March 14th while we were there, we were on Covid-19 complete lockdown for 10 days, which meant we were unable to leave the apartment, only for food or medication, but a lovely large balcony and views helped make up for the fact we were unable to go out. We cannot thank Paul enough for his assistance throughout. If there was a piece of news he thought we may get worried about, he always rang and explained it to us. Other people were getting moved from their accommodation as it was shutting around us, literally, but Paul explained that we were okay and not to worry, he was right. As this is mainly a residential block, we were not moved. What could have been a very stressful and worrying time was made exceptionally easy by Paul. If we could rate Paul 20 out of 10, we would. We will not hesitate to return to this lovely apartment. It really is a Home from Home.

We had a fabulous week in this apartment. We asked for an early check in due to our early flight and everything was ready when we arrived. (After the 10 minute drive from the airport)
The apartment is a good size with plenty of storage, the kitchen area was quite small but the fridge freezer and washing machine were in a separate utility area which made the kitchen area feel less cramped.
The large balcony gets the sun for most of the day and has a lovely view over the roof tops out to sea. There is a well stocked Spar at the end of the road and it is a 5 minute flat walk to the seafront.
The pool area was very clean and quiet and we had no problem getting sunbeds whenever we wanted them.
We would definitely return.

We’ve stayed here a few times now. It is very well priced. The apartment is clean and up to date and has a fab double balcony with sea views. The beds are so comfy. We love staying in this apartment but you’ve got to be quick to book as it is popular. It is mins from the sea front and loads of restaurants and bars. Love it love it love it.

Great location, shops, restaurants,bars and beach all within 5mins walking but far enough away to be quite at night. Nice size spar with good prices within 100yards.There are 3 flights of steps to apartment, no lift and can be a little darkly lit on return at night but the street light was out so this would help with the dark if it was working. Great tv service and free WiFi. Washing machine, microwave and cooker all lovely and clean. Could do with a few more large towels and hairdryer. Beds very comfy. A liitle libary of books, cds and dvds to use. Did not use the swimming pool as it was being redone but when it was finished it looked very inviting but water needed time to get warm so used the swimming pool in the apartment across the road with no problem. Nice children's play area.Loads of bands playing each night plus bingo and quiz nights at the multitude of bars and clubs around. Beach is lovely but when windy the sea can get really choppy and not advisable to swim but on calm days very nice being quite shallow. Communication with Phil and Sheila was 100% and no problems encountered Thank you so much for the use of your lovely apartment im sure we will be back 😁

Just spent a week in this great apartment which had everything we needed for our holiday. It is 5 mins walk to the main strip where there are lots of bars and restaurants and a Spar supermarket just 2 mins away which stocks everything needed for a self catering holiday. The balcony has plenty room for sunbathing and the view is amazing. The complex is very quiet and we felt very secure in the apartment. Paul, the owner, was easy to deal with and answered our questions quickly. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again in the future.
