  • This is a beautifully furnished private villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps a maximum of 6) in total comfort. On a lovely development within a 5/7 minute walk to the main Avenida in Puerto del Carmen and 5 minute drive to the local 18 hole golf course. Large sun terraces, landscaped gardens. Fully walled for total privacy with a private pool. Very family friendly. A good selection of restaurants, bars and supermarket are located within easy walking distance of the villa.The villa has free unlimited wifi and sky sports and sky movie channels
    The villa has had more upgrades in 2018/2019 with 2 new bathrooms and a new kitchen and the most recent upgrade was the pool was refurbished in May 2019
