A estrutura do hotel é muito boa.

A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, a piscina muito boa, a comida do restaurante e o café da manhã muito bons, o acesso a praia pela escadaria é um diferencial e ponto alto do hotel, os quartos possuem vista parcial OU total do mar, muito bonita a vista, os funcionários são cordeais. Lá embaixo na praia, fica um rapaz que faz o serviço de massagem, seria ótimo se esse serviço fosse oferecido no próprio hotel. Fui para comemorar o meu aniversário, alguns hotéis e pousadas quando percebem que é alguma data especial como aniversario, fazem as boas vindas com algum mimo simbólico no quarto senti falta disso, já recebemos 2 bombons é uma ocasião, coisa básica mas que faz uma diferença enorme. O recepcionista nos recebeu já muito cheio de regras falando somente sobre o que não podia e pedindo para tirarmos o carro da primeira vaga próximo a recepção, pois, era uma vaga para carros elétricos, não deixou nem a gente se acomodar, retirar as malas para poder pedir para tirarmos o carro. Entendo que o hotel tem regras e deve ter mesmo para a sua organização, mas recebam os hospedes com as boas vindas e as informações sobre horário do café, senha do wifi, horário para piscina coisas que interessam aos hospedes e entregue as regras impressas mesmo para o hospede ler, fica menos desconfortável, porque a primeira impressão conta muito. A localização é boa, fica na praia do amor, um pouquinho distante da rua principal da vila da Pipa, mas dar pra ir a pé, uns 10 minutinhos de caminhada.

Hotel encima das famosas falésias de Pipa, local privilegiado, silencioso. Com escadaria própria para chegar na praia do amor. Café da manhã muito bem servido. Permitiram um late checkout, coisa rara em hotéis hoje em dia.

O Hotel é lindo, vale muito a pena a estadia. O que podem melhorar é a porta, o quarto que eu fiquei o vento batia e a porta fazia barulho, ela fecha, mas fica com folga, como o meu sono é leve, fiquei me acordado várias vezes com o barulho da porta.

Local com visual incrível da área da piscina que é muito bonita com móveis modernos. O café da manhã além da gostosuras tem o mar no horizonte. Com relação ao quarto é bem antigo, necessitando de manutenção nas portas, banheiro... Simples mas carece de mais cuidado. A roupa de cama estava toda furada de tão velha e gasta, fronhas também... Não comprometeu nossa estadia, mas são detalhes que já tinha visto reclamados em outras avaliações.

Em 3 noites vivemos vazamento no quarto, vazamento do chuveiro, mudamos para o quarto ao lado e foi tao mal limpo que tinha uma pulseira grudada na parede do box do banheiro (outros hospedes).
