"This is a great location right on the water. The protected cove was great for kayaking every day. We saw eagle rays, tarpon, stingrays and a lot of sea turtles. The deck was great to just sit and relax for both sunrises and watching the full moon at night. The dive shop was just down the street and we highly recommend Brac Scuba Shack for your diving needs! A number of restaurants are a short drive of can be walked to as well. Overall a great place to stay. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Cayman Brac."

"This was the third house we rented on Cayman Brac and definitely the best. The house is well appointed and everything works. The first house we rented was new and small. The second should have been condemned and was hot inside. This house was very comfortable. We didn't want for anything."

"The location was near all the main activities. It was like a home away from home. Peaceful and serene. Very clean and has no disturbances. The Owner was very responsive to any queries. One suggestion is to have it linked to Google Maps so that it can be easily tracked for those not familiar with it. We felt very safe in the area."

"Lovely home with gorgeous sunsets. Oceanside pool was awesome to cool off in afternoon after a day of exploring. Restaurants near by on this small island. Our two favs were Captains Table and Star Island. Came to island to scuba and chill. After the sun set the porch was great to star gaze and enjoy a glass of wine. Entry into the water was a bit rocky, we didn’t use the kayaks. On site washer and dryer was a welcome amenity. Communication with property manger using WhatsApp was excellent."

"The view is gorgeous and the reef is wonderful. Lynne and George are great landlords and we enjoyed their company immensely. They quickly responded to every concern, especially after the nor western storm that wrecked the northern part of the island. They promptly cleaned up the storm debris and restored the beach. We highly recommend Sea Dreams for a quiet and relaxing stay."

"After confirming availability & booking this place for 3 nights, I received a message from the host stating the property wasn't available but luckily, she had another room, located on the same property, that was bigger, more spacious and we would still have all the same amenities. She made it sound like we were getting an upgrade. We were horrified when we arrived. The luxury villa shown in the photos turned out to be a run-down, dilapidated cabin. The porch was falling apart, the paint was peeling, all the window screens were torn and the place was full of mosquitos. The dated kitchen had a boarded up door, behind which was a room filled with junk. A pet door flap was built into the wall next to it and animals were coming in & out. There was a strong smell of cat urine throughout the house. The bathroom lacked the luxury tile and ambient lighting that was described. Instead it was located in a wood panelled closet. The door didn't even close, there was no toiletries as promised. No A/C. No Wifi password. We left the property within an hour and promptly messaged to host to request a refund. She did not respond until the following day, then refused to refund my $985 USD as she claimed I did not notify her within the required 12 hr, which is a total lie and can be verified by the timestamps on the messages."
